Technical support channels are not designed to process clinical data.
All confidential underwriting data must be handled exclusively within our secured loan application workflow.
3. AUTOMATED ACH PAYMENTS & NSF WARNING
If you choose automated repayment channels, you authorize Clara Risus to initiate pre-authorized electronic fund transfers from your designated account.
In accordance with Georgia financial regulations, transactions that fail due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or uncollected balances may incur a standard return fee up to the maximum limit legally allowed under Georgia law.
